As a part of collaboration on a series of programs, titled, “Knowledge of Indian Languages, Translation and Machines: Problems and Pitfalls”, sponsored by Bharatiya Bhasha Samiti, MoE, GOI, Chanakya University is happy to announce the first workshop of the series, “ANUVADA LAHARI- Knowledge, Experience and Translation: Problems and Challenges.” The workshop will be conducted in association with Jeevanmukhi Trust, Sirsi and Department of Political Science, Kuvempu University, Shimoga. The series of programs and activities will attempt to understand issues of translation especially machine translations and also create awareness about the same. The focus of the first workshop will be to develop content for the future programs. It will be held at The Ainakaimane, Sirsi on 12th and 13th, November, 2022. The workshop will bring together domain experts to participate in the discussions.
