B.C.A.(Hons.)
· Description:
This program designed and aligned with industry 4.0 and 5.0. It aims to provide a solid foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, Competitive Programming, Internship and Research to develop the younger minds to work as a team and improve programming and leadership skills. At the end of program, the learner can become a computer software expert and join in any software industry. The BCA Program has three streams:
Stream I: Data Science: Data science program focused on extracting knowledge from large data sets and applying the knowledge and insights from that data to solve problems in different domains. This course focuses on preparing data, formulating problems, analyzing data, developing data-driven solutions, and visualizing the findings in different application domains. Here student studies different courses like Mathematics, Statistics, Core computer subjects, Datamining, Bigdata, Data analysis and Machine Learning.
Stream II: Cyber Security & Digital Forensics: This program focussed on Computer security to systems and networks from attack by malicious actors, how to protect systems from unauthorized information disclosure, theft of, or damage to hardware, software, or data.
Here students study different courses like Mathematics, Statistics, Core computer subjects, cryptography, cyber law, security data analysis, digital forensic and visualization.
Stream III: Cloud & Mobile Computing: This program focussed on using a network of remote servers hosted on the internet to store, manage, and process data. Here student studies different courses like Mathematics, Statistics, Core computer subjects, IoT, Mobile App Development, Cloud networking & services, and performance engineering.
All courses are hands-on: The course delivery using modern industry tools.
• Andragogical Teaching Methodology Aligned with Industry 4.0/5.0: Most of the courses focussed upon updated industry standards.
• Industry Mentor for every single student from III semester onwards: All students will get industry mentor for their subject / project / internship / research implementation.
• Group project during the third year: students should do group project based on their area of specialization.
• One Full Semester Internship in the relevant Industry: students should undergo industry project / internship based on their area of specialization.
